Check-Out

• Students may checkout up to four books at a time
• Check-out period is three weeks
• Students with overdue books and/or fines on their account cannot check-out until their account is "clear"

Renewal

• Materials are renewed one time for a period of three weeks
• Students must have the book(s) with them in order to renew

Fines

• Students are given four grace days after the due date before fines are charged
• Books not returned within the grace period will have fines charged back to the orginal due date
• Fines are 10cents per day

Lost/Damaged Books

• Students must pay the replacement cost for lost and damaged books
• If a student pays for a book and later finds it, refunds will be given for a period of 30 days

Using the Library Before or After School

• Students must get a pass from a librarian a day in advance to use the library before or after school
• Students are not permitted in the library prior to 7:45 a.m. as there is no adult supervision. All students staying after school must be picked up by 3:15 p.m.
